An Interview with jake bentley by KIRSTEN L

K: Mate, welcome aboard! So, what did you do before you joined TV Magic? 

J: High pressure water jetter and truck driver. 

K: And when you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? 

J: A comedian. 

K: haha really? 3 x biggest achievements in life?

J: My personal growth and surviving skydiving.

K: Now for some fun questions, most awkward / memorable client experience so far? 

J: That has got to be the time I rocked up to a job and the client began showing me the leaking taps in the laundry. Having to explain I'm here to install his TV. For quite a while, I thought he was joking or perhaps just oversharing of some sort. Until it took me a a while to realise that something's not quite right here! Has he got me mixed up with a plumber he was expecting? or something? I was speculating.. and because he was hard of hearing I tried several times to interupt him but this went on and on for a lot longer than it should have. And by the time I got through to him and he realised I wasn't the plumber yeah..   so that was pretty awkward. 

K: hahaha, that's a good one! So.. what's your Fav TV Magic job? 

J: Starlink Installations

K: What's 2x things most people don't know about you? 

J: I have never been to Rottnest Island. (That's something that all 'Perth People' do). And, I've never broken a bone in my life. 

K: Fav. place on earth? 

J: Phuket at this point in time. Yeah I love that place. 

K: Got any hobbies ? play sport/s? 

J: Gaming and I love AFL. 

K: Last one.. have you got a favourite quote? 

J: Life's a garden. Dig it.
