An interview with Alex Figueira

K: Hi ALex!

A: Hi Kirsten:)

K: So, lets start with this one. What's your favourite job in TV Magic? Is it a starlink installation? Or antenna installation? or what? 

A: I get the biggest thrills for any  job real. Where it's at for me is client satisfaction. Wall mounting a TV or a quick 10min Tune and Setup for those customers who just can't figure it out but I could do with my eyes closed because I've done it a thousand times. They're probably my favourite. 

K: What's your biggest Tip for any of the other technicians?

A: Keep being helpful to your customer. Focus on customer service and the rest will follow. 

K: That's so true. So lets make this interesting.. what's your most awkward customer interaction so far? any come to mind?

A: At TV Mgaic so far none lol.. I'm sure it will happen soon. 

K: Well I suppose you've only been going for a few months at the time of this interview! So what did you do before TV Magic Alex?

A: I was a hotel manager for Quest Hotels around Australia. I would travel between Melbourne and Perth frequently. 

K: That sounds like a serious job. I can see why you're running a top show in the Mandurah area for TV Magic. So what do you do for fun Alex?

A: BBQ's and Football. Playing real football, you call it soccer here in Australia lol

K: When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?

A: A soccer player. 

K: Fav. Place on Earth?

A: Nature, waterfalls, camping. AAnn also the snowfields.
