WELCOME TO MAGIC BEGINS WITHIN 2018! 
TV Magic held it's fifth annual TV Magic conference at the Novotel Twinwaters, Sunshine Coast just last weekend and what a success it turned out to be. 12 of the TV Magic technicians attended the whole weekend plus head office staff and a number of world class guest speakers, trainers and entertainers.

MAGIC BEGINS WITHIN 2018 KICK OFF

The event kicked off with Franchisor, Shane Seymour opening up with a personal motivating touch. His speech illustrated how after even 15 years in business, thoughts about quitting are quite normal. No successful personal has ever had a breakthrough without first "breaking down" (breaking the rubber band) and coming out on the other side as a "bigger and stronger rubber band" that can be stretched to new limits. The primary message was "Don't wish your problems were easier, Just wish you were bigger and better".

Next, Bill Stack coached the franchisees with practical business augmentation tools and sales /customer service training. Franchisees learnt a myriad of golden nuggets that will enable them to make simple changes but add exponential revenue and profits to their bottom line. 

 Daniel won an award during Bill's event. 

 Next, the brains trust mastermind session was executed by Leigh Eggins - owner and founder of the Million Dollar Business Club. 

Simultaneously, practical workshops were run by Shane Seymour and training manager, Nick Howell in break out sessions. 

Our traditional 'Game of Intention' was played:- once again with much enthusiasm and entertainment. Paul took out first place and Brent Wilksch came in runners up. 

ONCE AGAIN - CONGRATULATIONS TO PAUL SUTHERLAND FOR WINNING THE GAME - A NEW MILWAUKEE BLOWER

 

SATURDAY ENDED WITH GROUP PHOTOS PRECEDING SOCIAL TIME AND ANOTHER BIG DAY 

FRANCHISEES WERE THINKING SATURDAY WAS GREAT - WHAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW WAS SUNDAY WAS GOING TO BE EVEN BETTER

WORLD CLASS SALES TRAINER, JACK CORBETT ENTERTAINED AND COACHED THE GROUP FOR 4 HOURS 

WHILST BELLYS WERE ACHING WITH LAUGHTER, NOTEPADS WERE OVER FILLED WITH COPIOUS NOTES

THE TV MAGIC GALA AWARDS DINNER BEGAN WITH PARTNERS AND CHILDREN ATTENDING

TO KICK OFF THE NIGHT WAS SOME IMPRESSIVE IN HOUSE ENTERTAINMENT 

BETH, OUR MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR HAD THE WHOLE ROOM IN STITCHES WITH HER SONG

"TV MAGIC-KING" sung to the waltzing matilda tune...  "you'll come A tv magic king with me!"

Everybody joined in and sang. Beth performed so well and the gig was so fantastic that many thought that she was the professional entertainment for the night. 

 

PRIOR TO THE BIG FINALE, ANDINO THE MASTER MAGICIAN WAS ROVING THE TABLES DURING

MAIN COURSE AND DESSERT DOING SPECTACULAR, MIND BLOWING CARD TRICKS

THE TRICKS WERE SO GOOD THAT SOME SAID IT WAS "SUPER NATURAL". VIVIANE'S FACE SAYS IT ALL!

DURING ENTREE TECHNICIANS TOLD STORIES ABOUT ALL THE WEIRD AND WONDERFUL CUSTOMERS THEY MEET AND EXPERIENCES THEY HAVE IN THEIR HOMES

BELOW DARREL MARSHALL SETS THE BAR HIGH WITH 1X HILARIOUS CUSTOMER STORY FOR THE STORY TELLING COMP

BUT SAM HAS A FEW OF HIS OWN..

AS WELL AS SHAUN..

BUT THIS YEAR THE STORY COMP WINNER AND WINNER OF DRINK TICKETS WENT TO SAM JOHN
