One of our franchise's strong selling points is that we are a mobile service and our multiple awards for Marketing and Innovation. This has enabled us to have this 'super-power' (and reputation) of being able to 'drum up business'; drum up work so quickly- in a brand new, "green area" relatively quickly.... in four weeks flat our operators are on track for a quarter of a million dollar turnover - just four weeks in! How long will it take to build your TV Magic business?
- We have a reputation of having every new franchisee having jobs to go to from the very first week!
- This is not like any business where it takes months and months to grow!
- We very aggressively marketing the territory and have an internal marketing team and 22 years of marketing experience to launch in a "green area" - achieviing some pretty astonishing results in the past.
- So much so, that in the past we lined up "too many jobs" for a new franchisee, fresh out of training and they were overwhelmed ( and caused some problems) - so we had to dial it back.
- Our goal for you is to have 3-5 jobs for the first week - to "easy into it"- our 2 week training program is very intense / demanding ( lots to learn)
- You pay no royalties for the 1st two weeks "the royalty grace period - as per the franchise agreement"
- Week two - our aim is to add 2x jobs
- Week three - add another two jobs to your calendar
- Repeart this every week until you find a sweet spot of 12-18 jobs - Giving you that "$5k week turnover"

The higher $ dollar figure - is Annual Turnover
The lower $ dollar figure - is PROFIT after C.O.G.S (Cost of Goods Sold) - Profit after COGS literally means that a job done for $500 with $100 of parts used = $400 "profit after C.O.G.S". No other business expenses are included.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Above are 6x franchisee’s real world results from 2024. We have displayed these into 3 groups. In Group 1 is Craig & Jason who don’t commit to a full 40 hour work week. They run their business more as a ‘life-style business’. Group 2 features Gordon & Shannon. Gordon and Shannon demonstrate the average/typical numbers of all franchisees; and lastly Brent and Nick, (in Group 3) demonstrate the franchisees that have multiple vans and hence have higher numbers and profits.
We have new franchisees who have only 12-18 months experience and they have already seen numbers similar to group 2. All our franchisees didn’t come from the industry and came from very different backgrounds. Example: Franchisees were ex bus drivers, ex I.T, ex police, ex mechanic, ex construction, sheet metal, engineer, ex mowing business, ex jb hi fi staff, ex army, ex plumber, ex corporates etc. Whilst they all came from different backgrounds; they all had 3x things in common: - a winner's attitude, a humble openness to learn and an unwaivering desire to do what it takes to run their own successful & profitable business.
START UP COSTS
For a franchise offering of our stature; our experience, brand & reputation; using an accountant's EBITDA formula or INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT of min. 1 years profit; and with consideration to our generous franchise territory sizes - our franchises have been valued @ over $250k.
However, to remain competitive with all other franchises we have priced our very few and remaining territories at much less than that.
The price is turn key. It VIRTUALLY includes EVERYTHING except for the VEHICLE, a MOBILE PHONE and a PAIR of SHOES to get started.
The investment includes everything a Franchisee needs to operate their business including all parts mentioned in the ‘What’s Included?’ section (excluding a vehicle) for $109,975.
TV Magic requires all franchisees to pay a minimum upfront deposit of $50,000 (plus GST) with finance options available for the balance for approved applicants.
ONGOING FEES
Each franchisee pays a franchise fee (A weekly fee for the use of the business name, systems, operations, proven methods of business, CRM, backup and support correspondence, regular meetings etc) and a Marketing fee (this fee is used solely for the marketing and promotion of the TV Magic franchised business to attract customers). The Franchisee is $375 incl GST / week and the marketing fee is $165 incl GST / week. These fees are set for the entire period of the Franchise agreement meaning they do not increase over time.
