2012
IN 2012 we had our own DVDs.
We had two kinds;
a) franchise DVDs and;
b) DVD business cards!
The 'business card' DVDs were handed out to every single customer.
The contents of the customer DVDs included a personal recorded message from the technician, promotional videos, entertainment & educational videos to assist the customer with maintenance as well as a very special surround sound file that could be played on any home theatre system. This "5.1 Speaker test" would be played by any customer that had a TV Magic installed home theatre. Whilst technology has changed a lot, we were all too familiar with customers who "played with the settings" post installation. For some systems our professional speaker calibration would be ruined in a split second by a cleaner's cloth, wandering fingers of a child or an adult's fat thumb on the remote control.
This DVD served as a valuable tool for the customer (that lived on stand-by in the TV cabinet); where at any time - they could pop the DVD in, check that their surround sound system was performing accurately; post installation.
The DVDs obviously had a QR code (Which was pioneering for 2012!) and our contact numbers. To this day, we still get customers calling us back who have kept the DVD or our business cards since we birthed in 2003!
The Franchise DVD contents included basic information, franchisee testimonials and our promo videos about the TV Magic Franchise Opportunity.
Nowadays, all these videos are in our archive, on our website or online. We gift these DVDs as memorabilia to our technicians when they join.

Promo Long Sleeve Shirts
Since 2017 we've had our own recyclable product packaging. We ran the numbers and calculated that we saved around 34,000 plastic bags from going to landfill.
By 2032 we estimate that we will have saved a further 150,000.
2022
In 2022 the long sleeve promos were also used nationally for our BIG THINGS campaign. Our BIG THINGS CAMPAIGN was not only a play to show the public that we are national company but it also became a very successful and viral hit with travellers. This project tied in nicely with our caravan & motorhome installation clients. Since TV Magic was born in 2003, we've been diversifying into all realms of technology - under the TV, Antenna & Home Theatre umbrella. In 2015 we added "Satellite" services to our toolbelt. In 2022 we added "Starlink" to our tool belt. In 2023 we trained all our technicians and added caravan/motorhome installation services. You can see our BIG THINGS PROJECT HERE. It is was our mission to visit all 600x Big Things of Australia. Since the project began, we discovered that there are actually close to 1500x prominant BIG THINGS in Australia. Many of which that existed in the 80s & 90s are now PERMANENTLY CLOSED or PERMANENTLY RELOCATED. The project than evolved to become a community-based source of information - reporting and scoring all BIG THINGS OF AUSTRALIA one by one - scoring each one on factors such as "Is it worth the drive?", "Is it actually BIG? ", "Is it even still there?" etc. We have received many thanks from the travel, tourism and caravanning community of Australia.

We've been sponsoring local sports teams from as early as 2016. In 2023 however, we decided to increase our sponsoring efforts. We have now sponsored venues and events including swimming carnivals, schools, christmas carols and trade shows. We have even sponsored two professional athletes (Skateboarding & Snowboarding) who have a promising career to make it to the Olympics in 2028.

TV Magic Christmas Paper
In 2025 we had Christmas in February (No, not July!) - a charity launch and announcement. Every year, beginning in Christmas of 2025 we will be donating children's presents to families in need - to families who have a had a stroke of bad luck. Here at TV Magic, we are very community driven. We want to see all kids enjoy that one day of the year and we're just doing our bit to create that magic memory of christmas for as many Australian children as we can.
Hi-Vis Uniforms
We were of the opinion that Hi-Vis products don't make you stand out at all. You just look like everybody else. Therefore we created our own custom range.
We are an Industry /Australia's first to introduce branded drop sheets! We know because!.. because noone (literally noone) could supply or make them for us (without spending $20,000 on 1000+ units) (and even then, they were'nt a padded blanket - they were more plastic-like). These branded drop sheets are a huge deal. We created them ourselves. They make quite the impression on jobs when clients see them. They not only keep the work space clean and protect the client's floor; but they also double up as a padded moving blanket for all the Televisions and A.V equipment we transport for our residential and commercial clients.
