TV Magic is celebrating 22 years!

As of 2025, TV Magic has done 22 trips around the sun! That's two decades of blood, sweat and tears. That's two decades of making our customer's TV PROBLEMS DISAPPEAR!

To celebrate our 20th year, we had 'one hell' of an annual conference - "Magic of the 20's". Here are some photos from the conference to tell the story..

TVs were invented in the 1920s. Therefore, we took it upon ourselves to gather together some of the oldest TVs we could find; posing next to them - to celebrate our 20th year in business!

In twenty years, we have serviced over 1,000,000 (that's one million+) televisions.. and counting. TVs are out-numbering humans on the planet. It is not uncommon for us to receive calls from customers who want to wall mount 5 Tv's at their home! YEP! five! .. This might happen on a daily basis.

What have we achieved in 22 years?

We've managed to clock up 160,000+ enchanted customers in our database
Our 22 years of experience has put our customer service light years ahead of the 'competition'
We say 'competition' in inverted commas, because in many regions we are the ONLY CHOICE for services we provide
We've won numerous local, national and international awards for Customer Service, Business innovation and Marketing Campaigns at Asia Pacific Business Excellency, Chamber of Commerce, BNI, BX and Young Presidents Organisation
We now service customers in 5x states of Australia + 1 x Territory (Canberra)
We started out in the days of VCRs and CRT (Square Analogue Televisions)
Our marketing began in newspapers ("The local rag") and Yellow Pages!
We've managed to increase the number of antenna installations despite the GLOBAL BOOM of Netflix and Streaming Services
We've seen the rise, fall, successes and struggles of Foxtel, Austar and Pay TV companies
We've seen 'competition' BIG and SMALL' come and go over two decades
We've seen cowboys attempt to replicate our business
We've been approached by staff from other MAJOR NATIONAL COMPETITORS to join our team
We've managed to stay abreast of technology, become Australia's best and prefered STARLINK installers
Over the years we have pioneered many services and products. We are often the first to adopt/break into new market opportunities - This means customers get the latest and greatest products / installations before they are available anywhere else
We've manged to take on some of the leading competition and dominate market share across various regions across Australia
We've installed 1,000,000+ Televisions
We've imported and branded our own wall brackets. They are the best in the industry and are highly sought after.
We have rejected contract offers from MAJOR RETAIL OUTLETS to be their PREFERRED INSTALLER because they needed us more than we needed them!
We've wall mounted over 460,000 Televisions (Check out our Gallery) This gallery is Australia's largest and most comprehensive TV wall mounting gallery of its kind!
We've built over 623 Home Cinemas from the ground up, and serviced / maintained a further 3500
We have AUSTRALIA's largest Social MEDIA following in the industry!
We now have our own commercial division - (AV Magic) which includes the larger jobs, such as installing $100,000 LED Video walls
We have Australia's BEST HOME THEATRE BUILDER - Steven Rule working on our team! Steven has built cinemas for hollywood celebrities and rooms worth over $1.5mil!
We have our own custom range of Hi-Vis uniforms
We've launched our own DIGITAL SCREEN MARKETING division for our commercial clientelle
