About TV Magic Conferences (in general)

 It was decided after the Magic of the 20's event that quarterly/ more frequent, (but optional) events held throughout the year would help keep motivation and enthusiasm levels at a high. It has been our observation that whilst our annual conferences are very successful; whilst franchisees and technicians leave the events on a 'high' and are motivated to grow and change their businesses; this motivation recedes after a few months. Hence, the initiative to have more frequent get-togethers. It was decided that four events would be held annually. These events would differ in style, nature & location. They would also combine elements of socialising, adventure, physical & 'bucket list' type activities for the purpose of self development, self-growth and developing team leadership skills.

It has also been observed that; over the years; franchisees and technicians have joined various other clubs / business coaching programs. These programs may also include adventure/travel and various events as a part of the coaching program. They are highly recommended and we are in no way trying to compete with those businesses. However, we wanted to offer the same opportunity... but with its own unique benefits.

These benefits include:

  • Attending events, get-aways where by all other attendees are your peers (and not random businesses);
  • The events are all organised in house! and at cost price!
  • Just by being a part of TV Magic / Assembly Magic you auto-qualify to attend! 
  • You can have your own say, make suggestions, help organise, theme your own, contribute to ideas and create opportunies for future events!  (within the general scheme)

About the 4 Annual Events

The first is Annual Conference.

If you're reading this, you've been to at least one Annual Conference. (our last one being - Magic of the 20's - on the Gold Coast).  This event is held annually and attendance is mandatory. Next year, in Perth is themed "Magic Moments ( in Sport)" and is to be held in Perth, 2024. 

The 2nd has been nicknamed "Magic Teams"

Magic Teams will have a focus on Team Leader training, primarily targeted towards higher performing technicians/ franchisees and multiple van owners. However, all are welcome to attend. Attendance is optional. 

The 3rd of the 4 events has been nicknamed "Magic Memories".

It will have a more casual / entertainment / socialising / luxury aspect to it. This event may be used as an opportunity to include family/kids for the experience, clients, prospects etc. Think R&R, luxury, fine dining, high class entertainment, creature comforts and leisury activities. We want at least 1x event (other than Annual Conference) to be family / partner friendly. The purpose of 'Magic Memories' events is to reward the business owner, to celebrate our WINS in business and remind us of two things! A. That there is a life outside of work! and B. For those business owners that have partners, sometimes we neglect our partners and we must remind ourselves that without them, not all would be possible! (These events will be designed to satisfy and reward the ones who deserve it the most!)

The 4th event has been nicknamed "Magic Mother Nature".

Magic Mother Nature will have an adventure / physical aspect theme. Think: - snow, hike, climb, marathon, moutain biking, motor cross, scuba, joy flights, boot camps, high ropes, sports cars, race tracks, anything with an 'adrenaline' nature would be a prime example. The purpose of 'Magic Mother Nature' events is to push you and challenge you and promote a healthy, active lifestyle as a business owner. These may / may not be family /partner friendly. Magic Mother Nature events will be also optional to attend; but all are welcome.  

The Plan 

  • Annual Conference is a mandatory event annual for all; as per franchise agreement/s. 
  • The three other annual events are 'optional' and run at cost (no subsidies/sponsors) - RSVP dates will also strictly apply;
  • To create opportunities whereby we can share the experience with family members, our kids, partners /wives;
  • To create an avenue for TV Magic business operators and technicians to travel, learn, grow, connect and collaborate more frequently throughout the year - between Annual Conference/s;
  • To create events that are unique and tick off 'bucket list' style activities, whilst remaining a tax deduction;
  • To deliver an experience that is highly rewarding / beneficial to business & personal growth;
  • Committments to events to remain flexible with no annual / ongoing committments (opt in / out of future events as you choose*) - conditions apply*

About Magic Teams Sydney 2023

For our first ever Magic Teams event, you can be assured it's going to be epic! If you're not attending you can bet on hearing all about it from the guys who are: -post event. They'll come away from it on another 'high' and radiating / vibrating success. You'll notice it. You'll wish it was you.

If you are attending, well you'll be on the otherside of that coin. You'll be RAVING about how good it was and how much it was worth your time and investment. 

Magic Teams Sydney 2023 training is a complete and utter surprise. And mark my word, it is an opportunity that won't be repeated. The schedule is jam packed from early morning to late evening/ night for 4 days straight. You will undergo a transformational journey that will push, test and stretch you to your ultimate limits. Where-ever you are in life right now in your TV Magic / Assembly Magic journery / Personal journey; after Magic Teams Training, you will come away with an increased sense of purpose and drive. Your personal power and clarity will be sky-high. You will be ready to take on the world and any future goals you've set for yourself! You will feel 100% certain that you can achieve your wildest dreams. You will also learn many powerful and valuable skills in an enviorment that not many people WILL EVER get to experience. These skills will serve you for a life-time and be just as useful in your future personal circumstances as much as business challenges you may face. This will see that you are rewarded with an exciting future; one filled with abundance and prosperity for yourself, your business and your family/loved ones.

FAQ

When should I book my flights? 

A. NOW! (for the best deal), otherwise any time between now and Wednesday, SEPT 13!

Will I need a rental car? 

A. No, we recommend that you don't 

What to wear? 

A. Smart Casual/ comfy clothing with enclosed footwear. Some light walking will be involved. (If you have any kind of injuries, this shouldn't pose a problem) Attire pretty similar for all 4 days. We'd recommend a jumper, just in case.

What to Bring? 

A. 3 Things:

1. Your tablet / CRM to use during breaks 

2. Your work phone to use during breaks

3. Min. 1x TV Magic / Assembly Magic full uniform (for photos)

Can partners /kids attend? 

A. Yes, (subject to availability / RSVP deadline) and paid up front, sorry no discounts are possible. Kids under 15 not recommended
