FREE TV GUARANTEE* – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Guarantee
For installations completed from 1 May 2026, TV Magic guarantees that if your TV falls from the wall due solely to a failure of a TV Magic supplied bracket or the original installation, we will:
• Replace your TV (subject to insurance assessment), and
• Provide one (1) additional TV, up to a maximum value of $500 AUD
This guarantee reflects TV Magic’s confidence built on over 460,000 successful installations.
2. Eligibility
This guarantee applies only where:
• The TV was installed by an authorised TV Magic technician
• A genuine TV Magic wall bracket was supplied and used
• The original installation remains completely unaltered
• A valid TV Magic invoice can be provided
3. What Must Happen for the Guarantee to Apply
To qualify, all of the following must occur:
• The TV must fully detach and fall from the wall, and
• The fall must result in the TV being damaged and no longer functioning, and
• The cause must be confirmed as:
– A failure of the TV Magic bracket, or
– A fault in the original TV Magic installation
If a TV does not fall, or falls but remains functional, the guarantee does not apply.
4. What’s NOT Covered
This guarantee does NOT apply in any of the following situations:
Installation & Product Conditions
• The bracket used was not supplied by TV Magic
• The installation was not completed by an authorised TV Magic technician
Alterations or Interference
• The TV, bracket, or mounting has been removed, reinstalled, adjusted, or modified by anyone other than TV Magic
• Any additional equipment has been added after installation, including soundbars, shelving, accessories, or additional cabling
(Normal movement of approved adjustable/arm brackets is permitted — adjustment of bolts or fixings is not.)
Structural / Property Issues
• Failure caused by wall damage, weakness, or deterioration
• Rotting timber, structural movement, or water damage
• Any change to the wall or mounting surface after installation
External Causes
• Impact or accidental damage
• Misuse or negligence
• Fire, flood, storm, earthquake, or other natural events
Partial Failures
• The bracket bends, shifts, or loosens but the TV does not fall
• The TV falls but is not damaged or remains operational
5. Claim Process
• All claims must be reported to TV Magic as soon as possible
• TV Magic will conduct an inspection of the installation
• TV Magic reserves the right to request an independent second inspection
• The cause of failure must be verified and approved by TV Magic before any claim is accepted
6. Replacement TV
• The replacement TV will be assessed and provided in line with insurance outcomes
• TV Magic is not responsible for upgrades beyond the approved replacement value
7. Bonus TV (Additional TV)
• Limited to one (1) bonus TV per household / installation address
• Maximum value: $500 AUD
• Selected and supplied by TV Magic
• Supplied as product only (installation and delivery not included)
• Model, size, and brand may vary
8. Multiple TVs
Where multiple TVs are installed at the same property:
• The guarantee is limited to one (1) bonus TV total, regardless of the number of TVs installed or claims made
9. Duration
• This guarantee applies for 10 years from the date of installation
10. Transferability
This guarantee may transfer to a new homeowner, provided:
• Proof of original installation is available
• The installation remains unaltered
11. General
• This guarantee applies to residential installations only
• TV Magic reserves the right to:
– Decline claims that do not meet these conditions
– Interpret and apply these terms at its discretion
– Update these terms for future installations
12. Installation Records
TV Magic may take photographs of the completed installation, including bracket positioning and mounting method, for quality assurance, record keeping, and claim verification purposes.
These records may be used to assess any future claims under this guarantee.
