A TV is one of the centrepieces of a home, but only when it’s installed properly. Cheap brackets often sag or loosen over time, especially in homes with plasterboard walls or timber frames that shift slightly as the seasons change. Cable management is one of the biggest parts of a clean installation. Dangling cords ruin the look instantly. I run TV Magic’s premium shielded cabling through wall cavities or ceiling spaces wherever possible, keeping everything hidden, protected and neatly organised. The result is a setup that looks like it was always built into the home.
If you’re not mounting the TV, I secure it to a cabinet or entertainment unit with anti-tip hardware, especially important for homes with children. Your TV shouldn’t be a safety risk — it should be a reliable part of your living space.
Once the TV is in place, I set up your streaming apps, connect your sound system, sync your devices and calibrate the picture so colours look natural and motion stays smooth. Many factory settings are far too bright and artificial, so a proper calibration makes movies, sports and everyday viewing look better immediately.
