St Lucia is a typically, good tv reception zone. St Lucia is a very old suburb of Brisbane. There are some houses - especially the St Lucia heritage homes - they have very old tv antennas and old coax cabling - this causes a great deal of the tv reception problems that we're called out to fix. Generally speaking, most jobs on a St Lucia domestic dwelling are completely straight forward. 

Below is a true story... We fixed up one hell of a mess that a builder started but then gave up, then refused to come back to for a long 8 months. The customer was left with equipment not working and a spaghetti of tangle both on the floor and hanging down from the wall mounted television. We don't know if the tears on the customers face was from the 8 month agony they had experienced or the happiness of knowing it was finalized after we had came and sorted it out. I suggest it was from us, because they seemingly gave the impression they had little confidence in anyone who could take care of a relatively simple task - (well that's the way we see it, anyway). 

If you have not caught on - when someone doesn't return for 8 months, this usually means: they don't know what they're doing so they are too embarrassed to come back!

To be honest, I can't believe the customer left it so long before they called someone like us - but then again I look at the photo and the plaster dust across the lifestyle system is proof they were very angry by this builder. They had just left it as they pursued them, phone call after phone call - praying they would come back to finish what they said they would.  We don't have any details as to who he was, otherwise it would be tempting to plaster his name all over the internet! 

At the end of the day, I can believe the situation; we do many jobs for very nice people - electricians, builders, even computer programmers and software developers, even electrical engineers! Yes I guarantee you I have lost count of how many electrical engineers I have met that have been stumped by a home theatre system - I give them credit that they could have figured it out - but what would have taken them 6 hours can take us ten minutes because it's just what we do. 

We are home theatre setup specialists, we are tv antenna masters for commercial and domestic installs and system faults and repairs. Our turn arounds are same day, our call backs are never. We don't see any one customer ever again for at least 10 years for the same problem! What does that say? - We know what we're doing!
