We all know how frustrating is dealing directly with Foxtel. They can take weeks to attend you home to install your Foxtel Dish or sort out your satellite problems. Even then, Foxtel installers have very strict conditions on what roof work they can and cannot do for you, often this leads to private companies like TV Magic Worongary being called out to do their Foxtel Satellite dish installations or relocation.

Another common reason we end up doing satellite work is because our customers need their satellite dish relocated as they are getting a new roof installed, or solar panels. Sometimes it's even because of tree-growth is now blocking their satellite TV dish.
4 Common reasons Foxtel Dish installers can't do your job.
- Height Restrictions. Foxtel installers are restricted to roofs that are no higher than about a normal two storey roof. If you've got a higher than normal roof at a your Worongary home you'll probably need to call someone like us to do the satellite dish installation work.
- Cable run is not feasible. Some homes, particularly two-storey homes, it can be very difficult or even impossible to install your Foxtel outlet where you want it, especially downstairs in central walls.
- Safety Restrictions. All Foxtel installers must utilise harnesses when doing roof work. If your roof isn't feasible to have someone work on it wearing a harness, including having viable harness attachment points than you'll have to find a third party private satellite installation company to do the work.
- Flat roofs. For many reasons, If you have a flat roof and or a roof with little or no roof space, there's a fair chance a Foxtel installer or any other professional cabler may not be able to install the foxtel outlets where you want them if at all.
A real-life example from today, 10th April 2019 follows:
"Vanessa bought a home in Worongary and when she moved in she found that she couldn't get any TV reception on all her TV points. When we arrived we found that the home was rigged up for VAST satellite TV and Foxtel. This is because where her home is, there's no viable TV antenna signal available. We helped Vanessa by supplying, installing and registering a couple of VAST decoder box so she could access the VAST satellite transmission in her Worongary Gold Coast home."
"Alana booked in Foxtel to come out and install Foxtel at her home. When they arrived they informed Alana that her two and half storey home was above their safety limits and that she needed to organise a private satellite installation company like TV Magic to come do the install. When we arrived, we found Alana's house was going to be a difficult installation and we were going to need a cherry picker in this instance to make it even possible for us to go on the roof. Basically there was no place to extend a ladder to get onto the roof near the outside of the home.
