Peter and Debbie from Toowoomba just moved into a rental house and wanted some extra TV points installed. TV magic went out and initially carried out a site test to check whether the signal is strong enough to install an extra 3 TV points. Upon testing, it was initially realised that a booster should be used to ensure that all channels are reliable.
Upon walking outside the technician looked up at the TV antenna and saw that there was a TV booster already there. After seeing irregular readings on the signal meter, it seemed (upon first impression) that there the booster was simply not working. The technician got up on the roof and saw that the booster was only an empty waterproof box and not an actual amplifier. Therefore, there was no booster at the end of the day. Two-three hours later 3x TV points and the booster were all installed and the whole job was done for $450. The job on this particular occaison took a long time because the TV points were extremely difficult.

The TV booster fed perfect antenna signal to all TV points however the installation of the TV points involved internal walls and Drilling and taking parts of the roof off but at the end of the day the technician was happy with the final result. The job ended with a fantastic result, the customer had excellent TV reception and they got exactly what they wanted and they can now take comfort in knowing that the TV reception will last for the next 10 to 15 years with the booster installation.
