5 Things to check before calling us out to check your TV reception.
- Booster plugged in firmly and turned on? If you've suddenly lost all TV reception on all of your TVs, chances are there's an issue with a signal booster, which most homes in Bonogin have. Before calling, check that it's turned on and plugged in firmly. Sometimes, pets or cleaners knock them out.

"Henry built a new home in Bonogin and called TV Magic out to help him with a digital TV antenna installation. When we arrived, we did a signal check on the roof and found that the TV reception at normal height was poor. We took out our 10ft mast and antenna to hold up for a test to see whether extra height would make a good difference. What we found, was that having that extra 3metres of height improved the TV signal being received dramatically. So, we ended up installed an extended mast with fixed stays, along with our extra-large hinterland TV antenna, amplifier combo. Although it's most of an investment than Henry was expecting, it was either that or he'd have to put up with unreliable, frustrating TV reception. Thankfully Henry made a good decision, to do it right, the first time."
"Roxanne called TV Magic after some strong winds toppled her TV antenna system recently at her Bonogin Gold Coast home.
